What are "Restricted View" Tickets?
Restricted view tickets are for seats located to the side of the stage. Occupants can take part in the atmosphere of this amazing event; they will have a restricted view of the stage, and will be able to follow the concert on big screens dedicated to their enjoyment, as well as having the same experience of sound as everyone else, but will not be able to see all the action on stage.
What are "Production Seat" Tickets?
Production seat tickets are for seats that only become available for release in the final days preceding the concert, when the venue can see how the stage design affects the seating plan. These can include seats very close the stage with excellent views.
Will programmes be available online after the concert?

A limited number of concert programmes are NOW available online at www.live-store.com/concertfordiana .


Due to enhanced security arrangements at Wembley on the day of the Concert the police were forced to prevent a large number of programme kiosks from opening.


As a result although the Programme was originally only to be available on the day of the concert at Wembley Stadium, a limited number of copies will soon be available online here.


This unique 128 page commemorative programme contains newly commissioned articles about Diana, Princess of Wales, by the Spencer family, Charles Moore, Mario Testino and others.


It is fully illustrated throughout with fabulous colour photographs of the Princess, and of the artists appearing at the Concert. Included are previously unseen childhood photographs of Diana, Princess of Wales.

Will the concert be available on DVD?

We are pleased to say that a DVD of the entire concert is currently under production and will be released later in the year.


No further details at present, check back here in the coming months.

What are "fraudulent returns"?
These are bookings that were made on stolen credit cards, or payments that bounced. These seats get released back to the public as and when they become available.
When is the event?

Concert for Diana will take place at Wembley Stadium in London, on Sunday 1st July, 2007.

What time will I need to get to the venue, when will the show start and finish?
Stadium Gates open        2pm

Where is the venue? How do I get there?

Official Police advice -  DO NOT DRIVE to Wembley Stadium
With excellent transport links, Wembley Stadium is located in North West London and is a mere 10-12 minute train journey from Baker St or Marylebone. Nearest stations are:

 Wembley Park (Jubilee & Metropolitan tube lines)
 Wembley Stadium (Chiltern rail)
 Wembley Central (Bakerloo tube, Silverlink rail)

Which turnstile should I go through to get in?
It will say on your ticket which entrance to use, there are maps outside the stadium, and stewards will be on hand to assist you. 

If you want to look at the turnstiles in advance, visit our Getting to Wembley page where a map showing turnstiles around the outside of the stadium and the interior seating plan for Concert for Diana, is displayed.
How much are the tickets?
Standard tickets are £45 including the booking fee. 
There is a standard £4.95 Special Delivery Fee for postage for all orders domestic and international. This ensures that the tickets are sent as an insured item.
How do I book a wheelchair space?
All disabled access spaces at the concert have now sold out.
Will there be food and drink stalls at Wembley?
The newly built Wembley Stadium has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops,  distributed equally throughout the stadium and located on the spacious concourses which surround the stadium bowl on every level. Please note, these outlets are cash only; debit and credit cards will not be accepted.
Can I bring food and drink with me?

Do not bring food into the stadium unless in small clear disposable packaging. Oversized bags or food hampers will not be permitted.

Plastic water bottles with the lid removed can be bought into the stadium bowl. 

No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the venue. You are not permitted to bring any cans, bottles, glass vessels or drink containers into the venue.

Food and drink will be available for purchase at the event.

How many tickets per person?
Ticket purchases will be limited to 4 tickets per person and per billing address. This is one way in which we are trying to prevent ticket touts from snapping up tickets and then reselling them later on.
I have seen tickets for sale on other websites, why shouldn’t I buy them there?
The only place to buy tickets online is from this website www.concertfordiana.com ,  by using the TICKETS button on the homepage - or via the dedicated Ticketmaster telephone line: 0844 725 0107.

The exception is a small number of registered charities who are offering through their websites tickets made available to them by the two Princes for fundraising purposes.
Will I be allowed to smoke in the Stadium?
Wembley Stadium is a no smoking venue throughout.
Will there be any merchandise for me to buy?

Apart from an official programme, there will not be any merchandise for the concert.

The unique commemorative programme, priced £10, will only be available to the public at Wembley Stadium on the day of the event.

When will I get my tickets?
Your tickets will be posted out to you about 7-10 days prior to the event, to prevent forgeries.
Is there an age limit? Does everyone have to have a ticket?
Wembley will not allow children under 5 years old to enter the Stadium, and we do not recommend that children under the age of 12 should come to a Concert of this size.
Is the concert open air? / What should I bring with me?
Wembley Stadium has an open roof. All ticket holders may be affected by the weather. 

If it is a sunny day, you may find that your seat is in full sunshine. You should prepare for this eventuality; bring a hat, and sun cream with a high protection factor. If it is rainy, you may need a raincoat or rainhat. Later on in the evening, it may get chilly, so do bring a fleece or jumper.

If your seat is on the pitch, then this advice is even more pertinent:
* If it rains, you will get rained on; bring a lightweight raincoat or cagoule. 
* If it is hot and sunny, you could get sunburn; bring sunscreen and a sunhat!

Please note, umbrellas are NOT allowed in the venue and may be confiscated.
Can I use my camera / video recorder at the concert?
Unauthorised photography or use of recording equipment is prohibited. All recording and any transmission is prohibited including, without limitation, recording of any data, information or audio or audio visual footage of or relating to the event and any participant. Prohibited items: what not to bring

Food & Drink: do not bring glass bottles, cans or oversized hampers or picnic equipment.

Please note: umbrellas will not be permitted into the stadium.

Prohibited items: The following articles must not be brought into the stadium: knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels, cans, flags, banners, poles and any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety.  Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the ground.  Please check the full prohibited items list available within the stadium Ground Regulations on www.wembleystadium.com.

Information from Wembley Stadium:

Smoking: Wembley Stadium is a no smoking venue.

Ticket Touts:  Please do not buy tickets outside the venue, if these belong to a customer who has reported them lost or stolen you may be evicted from the stadium.

Refreshments: a range of catering, offering a variety of food and drink will be available within the stadium, debit and credit cards will not be accepted.

Weather: please bring clothing appropriate to the expected weather conditions.  Umbrellas: will not be permitted into the stadium.

Security search: for security reasons visitors may be search upon arrival at the stadium.  CCTV cameras are in use in and around the stadium.

How were the artists chosen?
Some of the artists were invited to perform as they are known to have been amongst the late Princess’s favourites. Diana was a passionate supporter of the English National Ballet, of which she was Patron, and they were among the first performers to be confirmed. Other artists have been invited to perform because they are favourites of Prince William and Prince Harry.
How many songs will each artist perform?
The final running order of the concert, and how many songs each artist will perform, is yet to be determined. We estimate that most artists will perform between 1 - 3 songs each.
Are the artists performing for free?
Yes, all the artists will be performing for free, although the concert organisers will cover performance costs.
What charity will the proceeds of the concert go to?

The Concert is designed as a celebration, not a fund-raiser, but a number of charities have accepted Prince William and Prince Harry’s invitation to be beneficiaries of the proceeds. Find out more on our Charities page.

Will there be special security measures?
As at all large arenas and stadia, there will be security guards and bag checks. Wembley Stadium is no exception. Some visitors may be searched upon arrival at the stadium.  CCTV cameras are in use in and around the stadium.

Tickets have been released steadily since December as production details and the operation of this new Stadium have become clearer.

* The second allocation of tickets went on sale on Friday 27th April and has now sold out.

* The third allocation of tickets went on sale on Friday 15th June and has now sold out.

* A final allocation of production seats is expected to go on sale shortly before the Concert itself.
