Restricted view tickets are for seats located to the side of the stage. Occupants can take part in the atmosphere of this amazing event; they will have a restricted view of the stage, and will be able to follow the concert on big screens dedicated to their enjoyment, as well as having the same experience of sound as everyone else, but will not be able to see all the action on stage.

Production seat tickets are for seats that only become available for release in the final days preceding the concert, when the venue can see how the stage design affects the seating plan. These can include seats very close the stage with excellent views.

These are bookings that were made on stolen credit cards, or payments that bounced. These seats get released back to the public as and when they become available.

I'm afraid we are unable to retain customers details in order for them to be notified of further tickets being put on sale. Please keep checking the site for information on when further tickets are to be released.

Standard tickets are £45 including the booking fee. 
There is a standard £4.95 Special Delivery Fee for postage for all orders domestic and international. This ensures that the tickets are sent as an insured item.

All disabled access spaces at the concert have now sold out.

Ticket purchases will be limited to 4 tickets per person and per billing address. This is one way in which we are trying to prevent ticket touts from snapping up tickets and then reselling them later on.

The exception is a small number of registered charities who are offering through their websites tickets made available to them by the two Princes for fundraising purposes.

Your tickets will be posted out to you about 7-10 days prior to the event, to prevent forgeries.

Wembley will not allow children under 5 years old to enter the Stadium, and we do not recommend that children under the age of 12 should come to a Concert of this size.

Please note that even our Production team disagree as to what are the best seats for an event of this kind! All full price seats at the new Wembley have a great view, and for those not very close to the stage there will be fabulous big screens to help your enjoyment.

Tickets have been sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so the first people to click through online or get through via telephone before Christmas got the seats nearest the front. The exception to this rule is that some late release production seat ticket holders may be lucky and end up with seats very near the stage.
